Contemporary Christian music with Jami Caskey
This is a real fan-favorite at my house-- especially with my son and all his NCSU buddies...and you dip APPLES into it, so it's healhier too! ;-)

Apples (i use tart granny smith apples because the dip is sweet)
1 (8-oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS (SO SIMPLE!)
Stir together all ingredients until well blended. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
Slice the apples up, and serve w/the dip.
