
A pumpkin at the Deerfield, N.H. fair set the world record. It weighted-in at 1,843.5 pounds.
The guy who grew the massive pumpkin knew it would be big. By mid-August it was already growing by 35 pounds a day.
The pumpkin broke the record (1818.50 lbs) set last year in Canada. It's recognized by the Great Pumpkin Commonwealth.
