The African American Cultural Festival, in partnership with the City of Raleigh and Wake County, is proud to present a family-friendly celebration of African American arts and culture in downtown Raleigh. The Festival takes place on the Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend along Fayetteville Street, from Martin Street through City Plaza, in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina.
The festival will feature visual artists, marketplace vendors, food vendors, and performances by local, regional and nationally recognized musicians. It also features a Family Village with hands-on arts and crafts activities and performances geared toward children.
