Mindfulness Meditation Meeting

Find out how to get the most from your meditation practice at our new meditation meeting every Monday evening. There will be basic and intermediate level instruction, discussion, and meditation. You will learn how to:

• Heal and transform the wounds from your past • Enhance your spiritual development • Realize true inner peace and serenity

It is ideal for both beginners and experienced meditators. The group is non-faith based, and no meditation experience is necessary.

There is no admission charge. Everyone is welcome!
