Award-winning storyteller and North Carolina native Connie Regan-Blake reads children’s tales full of creepy twists and chilling villains

Plus, North Carolina's own Chelsea Tipton leads the orchestra in favorites from Harry Potter, Star Wars and more!

Children are invited to wear their Halloween costumes and join us on stage for a Halloween costume parade at the end of the concert!

Instrument Zoo from 12-1pm and 3-4pm - North Carolina Symphony and PineCone present the Instrument Zoo where kids can try out a variety of instruments with help from staff volunteers in Meymandi Lobby.

Meymandi Concert Hall

2 E South Street, Raleigh
Raleigh, NC 27601

The North Carolina Symphony calls this remarkable, 1700-seat venue home. And it’s easy to see why. Its 65-ft ceiling, unique shoebox shape, narrow sides, shallow balconies and lack of proscenium all work together to deliver the warmest, clearest and most immersive sound experience possible. National and international artists and performers now speak of this hall’s remarkable acoustics.
