Summerfest: 1812 Overture

Jul 6, 2013

Hosted by Vanna Fox!

Summerfest’s Finale will feature a Classics Celebration. Some of music’s greatest works will explode from the stage, including Handel’s Music for the Royal Fireworks, the Hallelujah Chorus from Messiah, featuring the Concert Singers of Cary, and Tchaikovsky’s epic 1812 Overture.  Ready…Aim…Play!

Join your North Carolina Symphony for its outdoor summer celebration of music of every shade and style.  Cary’s Booth Amphitheatre offers a dramatic backdrop for music that is out of this world – as well as costume contests, instrument zoos, picnics, games, prizes and so much more. Summerfest 2013 is sponsored by Rex Healthcare, with additional support from the Town of Cary, First Citizens Bank, Balentine Investing, CaptiveAire, and Whole Foods Market of Cary.
